1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Rock River Tactical website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. User Eligibility & Compliance

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 or 21 years of age (depending on your state and the product purchased) to buy from this site.
Legal Status: By placing an order, you certify that you are not prohibited by Federal, State, or Local law from purchasing or possessing the products ordered.
Local Laws: It is your responsibility to ensure the parts you purchase are legal in your jurisdiction (e.g., magazine capacity, "assault weapon" components). Rock River Tactical does not provide legal advice regarding local compliance.

3. Safety and Installation

Professional Installation: Rock River Tactical strongly recommends that all firearm parts be installed by a certified armorer or professional gunsmith.
Assumption of Risk: Improperly installed parts can cause firearm malfunction, property damage, serious injury, or death. By purchasing, you assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the products.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate state-specific restrictions (e.g., California, New York, Illinois).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock River Tactical shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, the failure of a firearm or injury resulting from the use of ammunition or parts.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Rock River Tactical does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or images are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

7. Product Warranties

Rock River Tactical is a reseller. Most products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We make no independent warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

Rock River Tactical: Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

2. Condition of Parts

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and Uninstalled: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been mounted, scratched, or "test-fitted." If it shows signs of tool marks or carbon, it is yours to keep.
Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all manuals and small parts included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Ammunition & Explosives: Due to safety regulations, all ammo sales are final.
Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed (triggers, barrels, gas blocks, etc.) is considered used.
Clearance/Blem Items: Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Blemished" cannot be returned.
Serialized Items: Any firearm or lower receiver cannot be returned once the 4473 transfer is complete at your local FFL.

4. Restocking Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to our error. This helps us keep our overall prices lower for the community.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a part that is defective out of the box, please contact us immediately at rockrivertactical@gmail.com.

We will provide a pre-paid return label for defective items.
In many cases, we may refer you to the manufacturer’s warranty department to ensure you get the fastest technical support and a certified replacement.

6. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Get an RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack & Ship: Write the RMA on the outside of the box and ship it back to us.
